March 29th (Josh) : While trying to write an essay for history today i was supposing on some other things, such as CG stuff. My current thought is pondering the idea of using the display case that brekk so rightfully uses to showcase his works in the main hall, as a means to showcase any/all of those DAC members who might wish to be showcased. I dont know how feasible that is, but if it should be feasible i think it could be cool. If very few people had things they wanted to put up then we could possibly do it all at once or if there are more people possibly change it on a weekly basis or something. Hit me/us up with some comments with any thoughts.

March 2nd (Brekk) : How's this for an idea? We enter this competition:
[link] and submit a WinAmp 5 Skin, made by the DAC? Who's interested? Respond by commenting on this journal.

February 27th (Brekk) : We have sent in the form outlining the DAC to the school officials.

February 26th (Brekk) : We need to get a group together @ Madison. We should have some sort of preliminar(y/ily) meeting for those people interested in the DAC. Perhaps we could have a workshop? Or maybe an invitation to battle, and Mr. Nix could offer extra credit to those who participate? I dunno, but we need something.

The Digital Art Club is a group for Madison students, here in Virginia.

Basically, the participants can submit their best work, and have it critiqued by the group. Also, we will have digital battles, including: Photoshop Tennis/Battle, Flash Battles, Scripted Ship Battles in Actionscript, and (depending on popularity) MS Paint Battles. (Though the MS Paint Battles will probably be left in a dusty corner of the attic we're building.)

We are working on having an actual website, potentially dac.com.

Also, if we had the members of the D.A.C. pay dues($), we could open a deviantART Prints Account, which would allow us to print at sizes greater than the ones available here at Madison.

Current Members:
We would also have group submissions, submitted in a megadeviation.
i would appreciate it.
